Refund policy
Please review these carefully before purchase.
1. Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all orders.
- UK (Domestic): Outbound orders are shipped via Royal Mail Track48 at no extra cost where applicable. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer; a full refund is issued upon receipt of the returned item.
- EU: Original shipping fees and return postage are the responsibility of the buyer.
- International (Including US): Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns due to a change of mind are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any original shipping charges, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or UK import charges incurred upon re-entry are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund where applicable.
- *For US orders shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), the original import tax paid (10% of the item price + £0.50 handling fee) will also be deducted from the refund.
2. Condition & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:
- Security Tags: All items feature a security tag. Returns will only be accepted if this tag remains intact and attached. Removal of the tag voids the right to any return.
- Item Condition: The item must be returned in the exact same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows new signs of wear (e.g., makeup marks, stains, or additional odours).
- Completeness: All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of your order confirmation email is required.
- Claim Window for Condition or Sizing Issues: Any claim regarding the condition or measurements of an item (e.g., undisclosed damage or a measurement error exceeding 3cm) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, with photo or video evidence showing the issue and the Security Tag clearly visible in the frame. Claims submitted after this window will not be honoured.
3. Incorrect Items
If we have made a mistake with your order (for example, we sent the incorrect item), we will provide a full refund or exchange upon the successful return of the item. In these cases, Taro's Wish will cover all shipping costs.
Please notify us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Note that the security tag must remain intact and attached to be eligible for a refund.
4. Final Sale & Failed Deliveries
Final Sale. The following items are non-returnable:
- Socks & Hosiery
- Intimate wear / Underwear
- Earrings
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
Failed Deliveries. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect from a pickup point, refusal to accept delivery, or refusal to pay local customs fees, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Any return shipping charges or carrier surcharges will also be deducted from the final refund balance.
5. How to Initiate a Return
If your return meets all the eligibility criteria mentioned above, please email ops@taros-wish.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may not be processed or eligible for a refund.
