Taro Points: Your Rewards Guide

Taro Points are our brand-new reward system! You earn points every time you shop or interact with us, and you can spend them like cash on your future orders. You can find the Rewards panel at the bottom-right corner of our site to track your balance.

✦ How to Earn

Collecting points is easy:

  • Sign up: 300 Taro Points

  • Place an order: 10 Taro Points for every £1 spent

  • Follow us on Instagram: 200 Taro Points

  • Celebrate a birthday: 800 Taro Points (added once per year)

✦ How to Redeem

We’ve made redeeming more flexible than ever. Just click the Rewards button (bottom-right) and choose how you want to save:

  1. Spend Points Like Cash: Use the slider to choose exactly how many points to redeem (from £5 up to £30 off).

  2. Exclusive Coupons: Swap your points for high-value vouchers.

  3. Apply at Checkout: Copy your unique code and paste it before you pay!

The more you save, the more you get. Your points "level up" when you redeem them for bigger vouchers:

✦ Taro’s Trinkets


Taro’s Trinkets is a curated collection of physical rewards you can claim exclusively with your points. No cash, just treasures!

How to Claim:

  1. Pick your Trinket: Visit the [Taro’s Trinkets] collection and add your favorite item to your cart.

  2. Fill your Haul: Add any other shop item to your cart. There is no minimum spend - your Trinket just needs a buddy to ship with!

  3. Apply Code: Redeem your points for the Trinket code, paste it at checkout, and the price will drop to £0.

Important Note:

Trinkets are "hitchhikers" and must be shipped with a purchase of another shop item. They cannot be sent alone or reserved. Any orders placed for a Trinket by itself will be automatically cancelled. Grab yours while they’re still in the nest!

✦ Important Bits & Limits

  • Redemption Cap: For instant cash rewards, the maximum discount per order is £30 (3,000 points).

  • Starting Balance: You need at least 500 points to start redeeming.

  • Point Expiry: All of your points will expire if you have not earned or redeemed points for a continuous period of 1 year. We will always notify you before your points expire.

  • Birthday Rewards: You must enter your birthday at least 30 days in advance to receive your 800 points.

  • Exclusions: Points cannot be applied to Final Sale items.
