We do our best to provide detailed descriptions, measurements, and photos. Please read carefully before purchase, as all sales are final unless we made a mistake.
1. Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted only if the wrong or damaged item was sent.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn with all packaging, tags or accessories provided.
- We’re unable to offer returns or refunds due to change of mind (for example, fit, color, or preference).
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email) is required.
- Only tracked returns are accepted. Untracked parcels cannot be refunded.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- For international returns, please mark the parcel clearly as “Returned Goods - No Commercial Value” to avoid customs charges.
2. How to Request a Return
Email us at ops@taros-wish.com within 7 days of delivery (UK) or 14 days (international orders).
Please wait for our confirmation before sending the item back — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that’s damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at ops@taros-wish.com.
We’ll resolve it for you - whether that means a refund, repair, or replacement (depending on stock availability).
4. Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Intimates or hosiery
- Sale, discounted, or final-sale items
- Items described as “final sale”
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to email us before returning.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you regarding its status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
Shipping fees, customs duties, and any import taxes (including those prepaid by us for US orders) are non-refundable.
6. Sustainability Note
