Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time:
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. If you need next-day shipping, please send out an email for confirmation before choosing next day shipping. 

UK Shipping Options:

• Royal Mail Track48 (2-3 days): Free shipping, with delivery within 2-3 business days.
• Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery before 1pm (£6): For urgent orders, select this option to receive delivery by 1 pm the next business day. A £6 fee applies.

Note: During peak times, UK shipping may be upgraded to Track 24 with Signed For, at no additional cost, for enhanced tracking and delivery security.

International Shipping:

• Europe: Typically delivered within 4-7 business days.
• Rest of World: Typically delivered within 7-8 business days.
  We are currently offering a £2 discount on all international tracked shipping fees.

Note: During peak times, international shipping may be upgraded to International Tracked and Signed for added security and tracking, at no additional cost.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination.

Insurance:
All parcels are insured up to £50. If you wish to increase this coverage, please contact us before placing your order for a quote on the adjusted shipping rate.

Customs Duties & VAT:
Your order may be subject to customs duties and import VAT, depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs department for more information.
