Taro Points: Earn & Redeem

.𖥔 ݁ ˖๋ What are Taro Points?

Taro Points are our reward system - you earn points when you shop with us or complete certain actions, and you can redeem them for discounts on future orders.

You can find the Rewards panel at the bottom-right corner of our site.

.𖥔 ݁ ˖๋ How can I earn Taro Points?

You can collect points in the following ways:

  • Signup – 300 Taro Points (currently 800 for Early Bird until 14 Sep)

  • Place an order – 10 Taro Points for every £1 spent

  • Follow us on Instagram – 300 Taro Points (currently 500 for Early Bird until 14 Sep)

  • Celebrate a birthday – 800 Taro Points (limit: once per year, see below)

  • Random gifts — we occasionally surprise customers with bonus points!

.𖥔 ݁ ˖๋ I’m an existing customer (before Sept 2, 2025). Do I get extra points?

Yes! To thank our long-time buyers, all customers who purchased between 2024 and Sep 2, 2025 have received an extra 1,500 Taros in their account (added to the email address used at checkout).

That means if you shopped during that time, you already have £15 off waiting for you.

.𖥔 ݁ ˖๋ How do I claim birthday points?

  • Birthday reward = 800 Taro Points

  • Limit: 1 reward per year

  • You must enter your birthday in the Rewards panel at least 30 days before your birthday to receive the reward

.𖥔 ݁ ˖๋ How do I redeem Taro Points?

Redeeming is simple:

  1. Click the Rewards button on the bottom-right corner of our site.

  2. Choose the reward you want (e.g. £ off, 10% off).

  3. A discount code will be generated for you.

  4. Copy & paste the code into the discount box at checkout.

Tip: You can always check your activity in the Rewards panel — it shows how you earned points and how you’ve spent them.

.𖥔 ݁ ˖๋ What rewards can I redeem?

  • £ Discount – 100 Taro Points = £1 off (can be redeemed anytime)

  • 10% Off – 3500 Taro Points = 10% off (Best for orders over £350)

.𖥔 ݁ ˖๋ Are there limits?

  • Birthday points: once per year only

  • Instagram follow points: once per account only

  • Signup points: once per account only

  • Final Sale items: our current Final Sale items can still be purchased with Taro Points. Once these pieces are gone, future Final Sale items will not be eligible to apply points.

This is also new to us! If you believe you should have received more points (for example: you already signed up but the points didn’t show up), please let us know — we’ll be happy to add the points for you manually.
