Measurements and Condition:

As these details are clearly provided, we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on fit or condition issues.

Change of Mind:
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please ensure your purchase decision is final before placing an order.

Refunds:
Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases. For defects or errors on our part, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to resolve the issue.

Product Availability Issues:
While this is rare, sometimes products may be out of stock or damaged. In such cases, we will contact the buyer via email to confirm if they would like to choose a similar product. If they do not wish to do so, we will issue a full refund.
If your order contains other items, we will wait for a response within 3 days. If we do not hear back, we will issue a refund and proceed to ship the remaining items.

Contact us directly with any order concerns or questions before opening a case through platforms like PayPal. Opening a case without prior communication may delay resolution.
