Shipping policy
1. Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). During peak periods, dispatch times may slightly increase. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We use Royal Mail Tracked Shipping for all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
• UK Standard Shipping: Free delivery within 2-3 business days.
• UK Next-Day Delivery: Available for £6, with delivery by 1 pm the next business day.
• International Shipping: Europe: 4-7 business days ; Rest of World: 7-8 business days.
3. PO Box Deliveries
• We are able to deliver to PO Box addresses.
• Important: If your delivery address is a PO Box, please include "PO Box" in the delivery instructions or address infos during checkout. Failure to do so may result in delivery delays or issues.
4. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your order by logging into your account or using the link provided in your confirmation email.
International Deliveries
Once your parcel leaves the UK, Royal Mail hands it over to a local delivery partner in the destination country. You can continue tracking using the same tracking number on the local postal service’s website.

5.Taxes & Duties
• UK Orders: VAT is included in the price.
• International Orders: Your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, please contact us to discuss next steps. If you would like the order to be re-shipped, we can cover part or all of the re-shipping cost depending on the order.
If the buyer cannot be contacted or no longer wishes to receive the order, a restocking fee of 15% (deducted from the refund amount) will apply. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
• U.S. Orders: Recent regulation changes mean that U.S. imports from the UK now incur customs duties and taxes. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we cover these fees for all U.S. customers—there will be no extra charges upon delivery.
6. Insurance
• All orders are insured up to £50 during transit.

7. First-Time Orders
For security purposes, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a verified corporate address. Please ensure your billing address matches the one on your card statement to avoid delays
8. Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, you must email us at ops@taros-wish.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Note: The request must be sent from the email address used to place the order, and changes cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours.

Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
