Refund policy
At Taro's Wish, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may exercise your right to return products within 7 days of receiving them.
1. Returns Eligibility
• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• A proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at ops@taros-wish.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Damages or Defects
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at ops@taros-wish.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalized items.
• Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments)
• Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotions.

5. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
6. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please ensure your purchase decision is final before placing your order.
7. Environmental Responsibility
